Tuesday October 27th

We took an unique look at Prohibition today, we saw the world of bootlegging and speakeasies through the eyes of Springfield's citizens.

The rest of the period was given to groups to work on their 1920s projects in the computer lab. A markbreakdown was given for the three components of the assignment.

-headline, 10 pictures with explanations /10

Oral Presentation
Out of 40 marks
-tells people when and were topic took place /5
-tells people who was involved and what they did /5
-tells importance of topic to the 1920s /5

-well prepared, no pauses, no confusion /10
-no reading from script, lots of action, fun, lively, interesting /15

Presentations will take place Friday, the written handout & poster are due Friday as well.
